i attend one interview.. there they ask me this question..

How can you Migrate the Data From Development Server to Quality Server..

i dont have any real time experience... so, plz explain me...

What data??

In general development we will design and configuration of all the interface related objects and these will be transported to QA.

We have two type of transportation methods ,

one is File transport using export and import

second is CMS.

In file transport , we will expoert each individual or namesace wise or SWCV wise,

In CMS , we would have to create the tracks

Hi,

What you have develop in IR or ID or anything related to XI.First you should have Transport.In transport you got *.tpz file and that file you need to import into QA.
