Error in RFC Destination for RFC to RFC integration

Dear Experts,

I am getting an error while creating RFC Destination of Type 'T' for integration of RFC to RFC.

For Sender RFC I have created RFC destination type 'T', and done connection Test but it is getting an error as below.

Hello Kiran,

Please check gateway host and gateway service specified in the RFC sender communication channel. Please also ensure that the program ID specified in the RFC communication channel, is not already in use by some other application (e.g. not registered by another application earlier) on the used gateway.

Did you restart the RFC channel and see?
