Change ChaRM/CRM UI change type descriptions

Hi Community,

Is there a way to change the verbiage on the ChaRM UI, where the Search and Create links for the Transaction Types are?  For example..I want it to say Expedited Change, instead of Urgent Change....

Hi

Yes, you can change.

Go to SPRO->Solution manager->Capabilities->Change control management->Transactions->Define transactions-> Cursor on the urgent change and then change the short description and description as per your requirement.

The search field is for 'change document type', not transaction type . So, Urgent Change refers to the implementation class for Urgent Change, which is a 'family' of transaction types. I don't think changing the description of a transaction type will help to change the description of document type.

Thank you, but this is not true.  I am looking to change the description in the UI itself.  The change to the description of the transaction type has been made already.
