CHARM re-add TRs in buffer

Hi expert,

I have a problem during the TR transport from DEV system to TST System.

After each transport, TRs are not deleted from the buffer. If I delete manually the TRs by STMS, ChaRM reimport it again with the next transport.

I checked TP Parameter and there are no difference to other systems.

I have checked the projet and there are no differences compared to other systems.

I checked owner and group at the operating system level and it's all ok.

All other systems are ok.

(Solution Manager 7.1 SP13)

How can I fix the problem?

Hi Silvio,

Normally the import buffer works depends upon task list parameter SAP0 and SAP1.

Please check the Q:14 in below link,

Hi Karthik,

thanks for the reply. The task list parameter are the same for all systems (SAP0).

The only difference in the tp log of the systems that work is this action:

START cleanbuffer          TST        20160502132236              CCTSTRANS

STOP  cleanbuffer          TST        20160502132236              CCTSTRANS

but I dont know where I can decide to run it.

Hi Silvio,

This variant is assigned while creating task list in ChaRM project.

SAP0	SAP Delivery Variant for Task List in Task Plan	Transport Request Remains in Import Buffer after Import
SAP1	SAP Delivery Variant with Deletion of Import Buffer	D Delete Transport Request from Import Buffer after Import

By default, SAP0 for implementation project and SAP1 for maintenance project.

Please check the variant details in active ChaRM project.

Hi Karthik,

we are working on implementation projects, we do not have an active maintenance projects.

The variants for all our implementation projects are copies of SAP0.
