unable to launch Visual Admin

Hi We are unable to launch Visual Admin . LD_LIBRARY_PATH,DISPLAY along with JAVA_HOME are set correctly but still we are facing an issue.

Thanks all for your support , Issue was with OS packages.Corrupt packages are re-installed  and now we can open all the Java related TOOLS.

1. Can you provide full dump received (without any modifications)?

2. What is the value of your JAVA_HOME variable? Why you don't use SAP JVM?

3. Check the presence of libawt.so in lib/IA64 folder.

What is the Netweaver version you have installed ?

Hi Deepak

Our netweaver version is 7.0 ehp 1 . Also DISPLAY is set correctly and I could open XCLOCK or XCLAC  and even configtool with the DISPLAY settings .

No Luck Deepak , Issue isn't resolved with SAP NOTE  542175

If possible execute in SIDADM user id. all the variable are set in SIDADM. Could you check this SAP KBA - 1577358

I am launching the tool with SIDADM and the port in admin.cfg.property is also correct.

Hi Jayanth,

Assuming ./go, you are running on non windows OS.

Did you set Display variable? Are you using GUI application like VNC?
