Hi Experts

Is there way to delete the old data against keyfigure.

I see some of the old data in past period. Which I cannot delete manually.

Another easy way to Delete data is from Version -> Delete

Make sure to define the required time frame and filter by KF and/or attribute values.

Purge will delete entire history up to the time bucket you define and cannot be limited to specific KFs.

You can delete it with data upload using delete option.

In case you do not want to do it,you can also use the purge KF parameter.

it is a  planning operator, so you have same possibilities like for oter operators: start from excel or run as recurring job automatically

Hello Roshan,

Kindly go through the below link and search for purge KF in contents for more information on purge KF operator.Once you define the operator you can then schedule a job for it or run it as per your convenience from excel.

One query I define Parameter type as PERIOD_OFFSET.What is parameter value i should give.
