SAP Maintenance worker user is not showing in USMM

Hi all,

We have an urgent requirement.

We bought new 6 worker licenses. Now we want to install those 6 licenses to some of the users. But when i checked in "USERTYPES" in USMM, i couldn't find SAP MAINTENANCE WORKER USER. Only the below three are marked and those three are available in system.

Can any one help me how to install worker licenses in our system?

I corrected the error. Simple. I just forgot to mention the client

Thanks for the reply. I gave that progam to our developer and he did it onur dev server.In development it is coming.

But another problem occured. When i checked the same in QAS server, the following message is appearing

Hi,

As per me you need to first maintain or correct the role of QAS client here,From the snapshot shared you need to maintain it as a Test System & check again.

Hi,

Have you followed SAP link User Classification | SAP Support Portal .

Suggest you to execute / Use report ZTUTYP_UPD as per your SAP BASIS level by SAP.

Before that have you define the license type those users using transaction code SU01?

For that we have to mention the license type in usertype in USMM,right? If we are not clicked SAP MAINTENANCE WORKER USER is USMM, how it will come in the drop down list of License tab in SU01?

Yes, You have to select in USMM and then assign the license type in SU01.

That is the problem. Worker license is not coming in USER TYPES in USMM. Then how can i select in USMM?
