by any chance , did you delete saplogon ticket key pair? this is like the system PSE. if you have deleted, then you may need to create an entry with the exact name. did you try to access the portal on http protocol? whats the version of Java engine? i think i have faced this in the past too

Hi Sanket,

Please check with security team if you are authorised to enter into NWA.

I understand that you were able to login early before configuring the sap nw java for accepting  x509 certificate,  but I am just assuming if you need some more roles to be added to your ID.

Thanks

Hi Sanket,

  1. Set the profile parameter: service/protectedwebmethods = DEFAULT
  2. Restart the SAP service.

This should resolve your problem.

Prithviraj.

i created this parameter in instance profile

service/protectedwebmethods = DEFAULT

Hi Sanket,

You can try SM50 -> ctrl+shift+F7 and check Security option with trace level 2 and check.

Work process trace will than record it in its dev_w file.

You can also check the logs related to security /usr/sap/SID/DVE*/j2ee/cluster/server0/log/system

Prithviraj.

Hi Sanket,

The NWA page is using the credentials from the saved passwords in your browser and the credentials saved do not have the access to NWA.

Please try with different browser and for current browser delete the cache, history, saved passwords etc and try again.
