unconsumption planned order

How to delete unconsumed planned order in apo .Is there any heuristics which can be schedule in background to deletion instead of using program pls suggest

Can you try following Heuristic and see if it helps you requirement.

Delete Setup/Clean-Out Orders     SAP_PCM_ODEL

Thanks for your response .

It is deleting planned order but it is also  deleting my existing sales order . It should delete only planned order which are not pegged to any requirement order (sales order ,pr etc ).Please suggest .

Thanks for putting the business requirement more detail.

I think you can create your small Z* heuristic using the copy of standard heuristic with changing the few parameters.

Please check the following screen shot, if you use the reuse mode as delete unfixed receipts should solve your problem.
