Sort DropDown field-values by key

Hello,

I set the parameter Rendering.ShowComboKey (Value True) in my Screen Personas 2 System to show keys in drop down fields.

Currently the values of the drop down fields are sorted by the field falue.

I want  to sort the drop down field values by KEY.

Is there an additional parameter or any other System settings?

Hi Matthias,

Do you have the latest silverlight client patch notes installed?

You can check SAP note 1964257 for the cumulative patch information.

You might also test the use of:

~WEBGUI_COMBOBOX_SORTED_BY_KEYS 1

in the GUI Configuration of the RESTGUI service.

Hi Cris,

I checked the SAP Note 1964257 and implemented the latest silverlight Patches.

Afterwards I set the Parameter in the restgui Service.

In the past I use the SPRO-System Customizing of Screen Personas to set the parameter Rendering.ShowComboKey. Is there any other parameter?

Do you have a PERSOS Installation, too?

After you have performed the changes, is the sort working?

I have a test system with Personas 2.0 installed, but with little use.

If you give me more details, then I can test a scenario on it.

Hi,

the keys are visible, but the sort doesn't work.

Please have a look at your System and test the sort-function of a dropdown-field.

I created a Flavor for SU01 Transaction. You will find the language-filed in the detail-Information Screen.
