Content Server 6.40 in Win 2003. How to migrate to Win 2012 and CS 6.50 ?

Hello,

We have the contenet server 6.40 and MAxDB 7.6 in a server with windows 2003 . We have to migrate to Windows 2012 , and inthis situation the ocntent server 6.40 it is no longer supported. We are planning to install on a new server : Windows 2012 , CS 6.50 and Maxdb 7.9, but we do not know how to pass data from one database to another.

Has anyone done this type of migration?  t may be that this is not the right way.

You have to use a homogeneous system copy to migrate your data.
