Enter a valid system for risk ID error

Hi ,

We are getting error "Enter a valid system for risk id " while assigning mitigation ID after user level risk analysis.

Maintaining *is working if i have select specific system getting error.

We have already implement snote  2192146 and we are in GRC 10.1 SP11.

Kindly advice solution.
