ABAP runtime errors CONNE_ILLEGAL_TRANSPORT_HEADER in ME80FN transaction in SAP 4.6C release.

Hello All,

Good morning.

We are getting a dump "CONNE_ILLEGAL_TRANSPORT_HEADER" while executing the transaction "ME80FN" in Quality and production systems (working well in Dev system) in SAP 4.6C release. We have analyzed and found that the dump is appearing while calling below import statement .

  import headsg from database aqgdb(aq) id l_sukey.

Here L_SUKEY contains standard info set query "/SAPQUERY/ME80FN" before the dump is appearing. The dump is appearing while we are displaying/Changing the infoset query through SQ02 transaction.

I have attached the Dump.

if anyone came across with this kind of issue please help.

This is a issue with the standard program, you should be able to find a solution in SAP Notes, with search criteria in "How to correct Error" from the dump.

Hello Ram,

Please check if your Production and Quality systems are at same SP levels as Development system. Also check if any Note was applied in development system for this issue.
