Resource planning and HR integration PPOME

Hello,

We have PPM in a stand alone and HR in an other SAP system.

For testing, I have created manually some BP, When i try to assign a resource to e role, i get the following message :

"unable to determine roots organizational plan".

Could you help me please ?

Hello Dali,

I could not find any instance of another SAP customer reporting this error message before, so I can just hazard a guess that this may be related to the organizational assignments of the business partner.

Do I understand correctly that you have created the Business Partner directly in the PPM system (via transaction BP or in the PPM frontend)? If yes, then I would suggest that you check the organizational assignment of the business partner in transaction PPOME, and also check that the whole organizational hierarchy upwards is correct.

You are right. It is linked to PPOME. I will check this with my HR collegue.
