Hello together,
after Upgrade our SOLMAN with SPS 14, the Report RDSMOP_MAIN is obsolete.
I changed to SM_WORKCENTER--> Technical Admininstration-->IT Task Management
So I got the message: User xxx does not have a valid Business Partner number.
I created a User in TCODE: BP, the System generate a businessnr.
After that I try to restart the SM_WORKCENTER , without success. Same message.
I don't know, what to do? Has anyone an idea?

We've check the user-roles and added the missing role(s). Now the IT-Tasks are available

Hi,
Have you checked if you had given the role employee in BP.
And you had given the user id details in identification tab, details to be in User name.
Also you need to assign the role as "Contact person" and give the appropriate details in identification tab. (Put External BP number).
