CPI-C and TCP/IP

Hi, buddies.

I'm wondering, what's the relationship between CPI-C and TCP/IP?

Is CPI-C a special kind of TCP/IP? or TCP/IP is a special kind of CPIC? Cauz I see there're some CPIC timeout settings in TCP/IP type rfc connection.

In the picture of

For example, cauz we need commnunication with SLD, so we create a rfc LCRSAPRFC type TCP/IP.

Hope you can help me to figure out it.

Thanks and B'Rgds,

YiNing
