Launch ECC transactions Fiori Launchpad

Hello Members,

I have one requirement where i need to launch ECC Transaction from Fiori LaunchPad.

I have integrated the ECC Transaction from Fiori Launchpad successfully.  Now when i click the Tile on Fiori LaunchPad

It is opening the ECC Transaction (Over webpage using GUI for HTML)  perfectly. There is no issue here.

In LPD_Cust while creating application i have selected the GUI for HTML so its opening the ECC Transaction on webpage

but if i select GUI for windows then it does not initiate SAP GUI client (GUI for Windows) here also it displays T. Code over page only.

Is there any way by which i can open the GUI for windows ?? If you have any idea about this then kindly let me know.

Hi Piyush,

There are few threads about this, you can also select URL and give webgui URL link.

I am looking to open ECC Transaction using GuiType = WinGui (Gui for Windows ) . So is there any way i can initiate the SAP GUI windows client , I tried setting up the GUI properties to GUI for windows in LPD_CUST while creating application but that property is not reflecting at run time .

It is opening the Transaction using GUI for HTML only even though the GUI type is set to GUI for windows .
