Hi All,
After patching upgrade to the production environment, i am not getting alert mails due to few options(suppress and aggregate alerts) added to the earlier version.
could you please let me know, whether we need to check the suppress and aggregate parameters to get the alerts into my inbox or do we need to change anything else please advise.

are you using Component Based Message Alerting (CBMA) ? If so, please check your settings accoring to this TSG:

You can configure HERMES in soap ui to monitor the consumer queue.

We always keep the suppress and aggerate alerts.Its for avoiding continous alerts.
