Issue with Compose tab - Lumira 1.29.3

Good morning,

When I open a new report, the Visualize tab works perfectly fine for my extensions. As soon as I click Compose, the application hangs and does nothing. I wonder if others have encounter the same issue and what may be the solution to this problem.

My office has two networks, one that is used for our day-to-day business (no internet access) and another one that has access to the internet. We use the second one for research and external activities. We have this configuration to avoid intruders and avoid hackers. Personally I do not think the network has anything to do with my issue, buy I brought this up just in case.

Please let me know if there is a fix to this.

Hi Yuri,

I had a similar issue with 1.29. I uninstalled the Lumira application and reinstalled the latest version of Lumira (1.30). Everything works fine now.

Yuriy,

      Lumira version 1.29.3 is a very buggy version.  You will need to update to 1.29.4 or go straight to v1.30
