SFSF Adapter -Operations Modeler

I'm working on SFSF Adapter now, A prerequisite is using an eclipse based tool that called operations modeler. it seems that I could create the Integration Flow through this eclipse tool. where can I get the operations modeler tool? is it a plug-in for eclispe?

Just one correction to Praloy - HCI tools are no more supported for the Juno version of eclipse.

You would need to download Eclipse Luna SR2 as per this link and steps listed here.
