Hi Ravi,

Which PI version you are using?

Did you update the java version recently?

what is your current java version?

--> try to delete old JNLP files [Temp]

control panel --> java -->

Check if you are using the compatible jdk version.

Hello,

Please locate your java in CMD

Try these 2 commands and then open the java tools again.

Hi Ravi,

In addition, please check perform the below steps,

1) In SMICM trace level increased and correct host name buffer is entered.

2) Cleared all caches both at local and global level – Runtime, SLD, Data, delta etc.

3) Increased the profile value to support more parallel connections and selected to parallel processing.

4) Increased to  xi logical system to parallel connection.

5) For my system pinged host and IP it was working fine after adding host entry in user system. This resolved URL issues.

6) In SICF activated entire virtual host and in SMGW did a reread of global functions.

7) Pinged integration and adapter engine and did s self test in RWB.

😎 In SLD--)Administration stop the server and restarted the server at landscape level.

9) Java application security level set to medium and All Access provided AND In control panel did necessary changes in Java Control panel.

Restarted and reinitialized the Java web start admin(In integration builder administrationàjava webstart)

10) In My computer ->properties ->environment variable CPIC_MAX_CONV set to 500  and created.

Restarted ICM and J2EE and did a SLDCHECK again.

11) Remover all locks and again did a rough end-to-end test it was completely working fine.

Hi Ravi,

Can you do the following steps and check if it is working,

>> Go to TCode: SXMB_IFR . You will get a popup window which has IR,ID,SLD and RWB in the right hand side you will have an option called Administration.

>> Login to that page with your user credentials and check at left pane you will find an option for repository -> Javau2122 Web Start Administration and also Directory -> Javau2122 Web Start Administration  for re-initialization and re-initialization force signing.

>> Just click on these two then try after 5 min.

In addition to that check if multiple java versions are installed on your system?

If so refer my response in the below thread and follow the process

Hi Ravi,

Can you please check the proxy settings of your Interner Explorer.

Sometimes I also face the same issue.

Also if possible check the JRE version. For me, I was having issue with JRE8 so finally installed JRE7 and issue solved.
