How to move to SAP RFID ?

I'm currently working as a software engineer (RFID Domain ). I've RFID domain knowledge + Java programming knowledge. I would like to move into SAP RFID. What would be the best way to start this move ? Do I need to learn some stuff before I do this ? If so, can anyone here guide me in the right direction ?
