Get tooltip value

Hi,

Is there is any way to capture the tooltip value of the chart dynamically as an input parameter or textbox ?

Like in image below, get the value of state over which user is hovering over.

I am not aware of how to do this; recommend checking Idea Place at Idea Place: Search - there are suggestions entered on tool tips

I think you can do it in a custom extension. On hover just pass the values(which you are showing in tooltip) to the textbox foreign object.

This is not possible today.

Would you elaborate on the usecase, so that I can suggest alternate ways to achieve that.
