Enhancing standard RF screen using Modify screen wizard

Hi All,

I want to add some new fields to the picking screen. When I press CTRL + SHIFT + F1, I get 'Modify Screen' Wizard.

In the wizard , It asks for the 'Verification fields' for all the fields on the screen.

Can anybody please let me know where exactly I can get Verification field for those screen fields.
