Hi SRM experts!

Currently we have SRM 5.0 and back end is 4.7 the scenario we are using is Extended Classic Scenario.

Now the back end is changing from 4.7 to ECC6.0

What are the changes need to be done apart from the RFC connection and distribution model.

Does any body has all the check list of the items if so please do share.

Thanks!

Hi,

In "define backend system" , select "erp 2.0" for your ECC60 backend.

Kind regards,

Hi,

you have to change the logical system name in customizing and attributes - if you change the logical system of the backend.

Use transactions BDLS and BD54 for changing the system in the tables and report RHOMATTRIBUTES_REPLACE to change the system name in the attributes.

The document "Setup, transport and copy of SAP EBP Systems.pdf" provides an extended list of required system activities (chapter 12). It should be found in SAP Net. It refers to EBP 3.5 (SRM 2.0) but it should be valid for SRM 5.0, too.

Best regards,

Karsten
