HTTP request failed

Hello Experts

We have completed set up for solution activation in SAP S/4 HANA for on premise 1511 version and also completed Fiori configuration, however we are getting below error when we try to click on Create Purchase order.

Please suggest the solution.

What is the error message you see in the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG in the front end system? Also do you see any missing authorizations in SU53 for the specific user?

hello Saurabh

We have checked error log and do not found anything also checked authorization part and found all authorizations are in place, is there any other issue causing this issue?
