Hello Friends,

I am trying to run CCDB and getting error as below

Error SOAP:1007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 500  : Intern

Error SOAP:1023 SRT: Processing error in Internet Communication Framework

I have look through SAP note below but not able to download attachment to it.

Unable to download attachments to note : 1663549 - Unsupported XStream found error

Do you have any suggestions to solve this error?

I am not using SAP webdispatcher  and my ICM timeout to 3600

Hello Yogesh,

Did you got chance to check the ICM trace? you may want to increase ICM trace level to check the error.

Pl. check if your System Preparation setup is 'All Green'. To be more precise, check the below.

System Preparation Step 5 "Web Service Configuration"
