PO 7.5 Message Monitor Cancelled Message Count Inconsistency

Hi,

In the NWA->SOA->Monitoring->Message Monitor there is often 1 or 0 cancelled messages. This number decreases over time. For example 5 minutes ago the number shown in the image was 1, now it is 0.

However when I click on the number there are more cancelled messages.

What can be the reason for this?

Displaying the Message Overview - Advanced Adapter Engine - SAP Library

The overview provides statistical information about the number of messages processed within the specified time period.Consider that the statistical information shown does not reflect the current situation with messages. It only shows the number of processed messages for the specified time period. At the time of displaying the overview some or all of the messages can be already archived or deleted. Correspondingly, you would not find these messages in the Database tab of the message monitor.
The time period for the overview always refers to the receipt of the message.

Check if your PI version and SP level is affected by these notes:

2259127 - Message Overview : Previously retrieved data missing when changing tab selection

2134716 - Message Monitor: Details do not correspond to the selected table row

What is the receiver?

Might be the receiver system is having some issue and after a retry the messages are getting delivered.

This is also happening for the synchronous integrations. For clarity, the successful message number also doesn't increase.
