Inbound IDoc's in status 51 , USER ALEREMOTE IS processing group NNNN

Hello Experts,

We have two different SAP System, one for HR & one for Finance / Expense System, the data  b/w these systems is exchanged via IDoc's . For a particular idoc data coming from Expense System , the idoc for message type is COGRP1 & its failing in HRP System , with Status 51, Error Message

User ALEREMOTE is processeing group 50421. Could someone suggest what is the remedial action must be taken for Failed IDOC & how to avoid it in future.

Hello Priyesh,

As viktor told, this has nothing to do with PI. It is the error in your HR system. This IDoc is trying to update some records but the same user is already locked to update some other record.

Please check with your ABAP/HR team for the resolution.

maybe this is not the best place for this question, since as you said this error happened on the receiver system, and not in PI.
