Hi All,

We have failed messages in SMQ1 SAP ECC production System

Error: IDoc adapter inbound channel: Error Queue ID XXX

Any one please help me to solve the issue.

Hi Vishnu,

Can you please confirm the integration flow of your scenario. Are you trying to post the IDOC in ECC system or want to push the IDOC from ECC to PI.

If you are pushing it to PI from ECC, then can you please check the below settings:

1) Port configuration in IDX1.

2) Meta Data configuration in IDX2.

Along with that please check SM21 in PI for the system logs for the details on this issue.

Hi,

Please check the IDOC CC and message monitoring for more details of the error.

If its IDOC data then it should be in error in SM58 in case of faulty processing.

Hello Vishnu,

Try clearing the messages in the queue.

Possible cause be the first message which could be stuck is causing the other messages to go in error state.

If your not finding any issues and no error messages try restarting the system.
