Hi ....

On a Quotation...when we enter Reason for Rejection for a line item then...that line greys out.....

Now my question is ....is there a way in config .... where we can change some thing....so that for certain Reason for Rejection the line does not grey out.....

For example .....if we have 5 Reason for Rejections .... for 4 of them....the line should grey out....but for the last one line should not grey out....

hi ravi,

Since this is not possible in standard SAP, we workaround by a userexit to say when we select one of the 5 choice, then the its taken and the remaining cannot be selected again.

Pl take the help your abaper to find the possibe user exit in quotation.
