SPM Login Notification template changes not visible in Quality System

Hi Guys,

Initially, I changed the SPM login Notification(GRAC_SPM_NOTIFICATION) content, saved it in the ZGRAC_SPM_NOTIFICATION modification name, did the Save Active, captured it in the Workbench Transport and moved it to Quality.

Now in Quality ZGRAC_SPM_NOTIFICATION document object is available, but for 0AC_SPM_NOTIFICATION Message Class still the GRAC_SPM_NOTIFICATION standard Document Object is present in GRFNVNOTIFYMSG table.

Please tell me what i have missed while capturing the changes in the TR?

Dear Rohit,

seems that you missed the configuration under SPRO > GRC > AC > Workflow for Access Control > Maintain Custom Notification Messages.

In this customizing activity you need to specify your Z document accordingly.

Thank you for the help.

Actually, I maintained that in Custom Notification Message, but did not include the Customizing TR created here in Transport list. And the changes were not visible otherwise.

Hi Alessandro,

I have one more doubt.

So, in SE16--> GRFNVNOTIFYMSG table, i see the GRAC_SPM_NOTIFICATION document object maintained for 0AC_SPM_NOTIFICATION but in "Maintain Custom Notification Messages", Z one is maintained for the same class.

Is this correct ?
