Mass change in sales order type

Hi ,

We are panning to implement Mini-max planning (v1) for some FG items..for the same when i changed the MRP type to V1 from PD, i have noticed that for sales orders, the REQ. type in PD is KSV and for V1(in V1, there is no planning strategy) is 011..there are may sales orders for which i need change the REQ type to 011...i tried MASS program but it is not working as in sales order i have mini-max and no mini-max items .....

is there any program other than MASS to change the REQ type?

Hello,

There is no program to mass change the requirement type

Requirements type  redetermined after material  or

change the plant (VBAP-WERKS) in a sales order item update new requirement type (VBAP-BEDAE).

you can try this in through mass.

Or use Bapi BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE or SD_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE

Hi Vijesh,

For a similar requirement, we created a Z program that updated the field. The issue that you will be facing in this case would be with partially delivered orders. You will not be able to change the requirement types for these and these should not be changed too.

Otherwise, a developer can help write an update program.
