What is the version of your Lumira Desktop, Lumira Server for BI Platform, and BI Platform (including service pack and patch level)?

can you resolve the name and ip of the BI server from this machine ?
is there a firewall between your machine and BI server ?
Are you using the correct URL to restful web service ? (BI server URL)

do you able to ping BI server from your PC ?
do you able to login to the same BI platform using same credentials and authentication ?
Check whether Lumira services are running ?
after this delete folders C:\Users\user name\.sapvi\workspace and try .
check logs at C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\Temp\sapvi\logs . this may lead us to right direction .
if nothing is found , then uninstall and install the product.
Is your BI platform up and running? Can you ask your BI admin?
