using wizard in SMT1 to Add DF1 as trusted system and no error during this.

but when doing the authorization check, the following error shows up in

SMT1 in DR1 (called system)

You have to enter a client number in the RFC-Connection 😉

The thread shared by Prithviraj would help you.

But in summary, the "L-RC=100" means "client does not exist".

You have to edit the SM59 destination and maintain the client of the target system under the "logon & security" tab.
