Dear Experts,
While analyzing the pricing procedures, one of the custom condition types (attributable to discount) has been set as "Not possible to process manually" in V/06. However, while looking into the pricing procedure for a particular sales order, under access details, getting the following message :
Access | Message | Description |
20 | 203 | Condition record was found and changed manually |
Do i have to infer that the condition record was found, but he user has changed the record value while processing the order ?
If this is the inference, has the configuration at condition type level ("Not possible to process manually") been overwritten ?
Kindly advise,
Uday
Hi,
This is due to the changes at config level of condition type in V/06 for which condition record is already created..
Please short close the condition record for the condition type by using the validity and ask the user to create a new condition record in VK11.
Probably this will solve your issue.
Thanks.

As i understand, this seems to be because the condition has a route to check for pre-defined value, however the same is editable. for example, in case of discount, the user can lower the discount value, but cannot exceed the pre-defined discount upper limit.

has nothing to do with security. Application question. Moving to SD (for V/06).
