Hello Friends,
I can not find the service channel inbox to download the ewa reports which were generated in SMP - new SAP ONE Support Launchpad.
Can you please help where the EWA reports will be available in SMP new launchpad.

Within the "One Launchpad Support", click the top left "Personalise", go to "On Premise" and add the "Service Messages" in your "My Home" and Save.
Go back to the home screen "ONE Support Launchpad" and will be there.
Service messages have not yet moved to launchpad. Hence it is avalible in below link to access legacy page.
