Print output when vf03 for a adobeform is showing symbols instead of russian language

Hi ,

i have a billing document

and there is one output type which is triggered as green status

the language is also set as RU

but when we check the form it shows in symbols instead of Russian language..

for example:

Спасибо, прекрасно!

it is displayed as

#%*$#(%*/-*

Hello Vikram,

this issue usually happens when not an Adobe form is used but a SAPScript / SmartForm is converted to PDF.

Please check whether a converted SAPScript / SmartForm is used in this case.

If yes, and if you have a Unicode system, go to transaction SE38, run report RSTXPDF3, execute the option "List Settings", and enable parameter USE_CASCADING.

Also, this solution needs True Type fonts to be uploaded.

check the language that is assigned to the Outputtype and the Language maintained for the Records

go to printpreview and type- PDF! check the how the output is displayed
