SSO between NW Gateway & MS SharePoint

Hello Experts

  We have a couple of Fiori apps in our Launchpad. In addition, we also have some custom UI5 apps. These apps actually call a SharePoint List using web service & CRUD the data. The issue we are running into is SSO between SAP NW Gateway, which hosts these apps & MS SharePoint. Currently, the users have to login twice. Once for Launchpad & then again for SharePoint. Can some one please guide me how can we set up SSO between GW & SP.

If you have domain controller and Microsoft ADFS you can achieve it.
