I need to invoice ( in SD ) the rental contracts which are created in SAP Real Estate module. Is there any connection available between SD and RE?

Why do you want to do this? The Invoicing functionality is RE is superior to that in SD, and the end results is exactly the same you end up with and AR record against the customer attached to the BP!
