Cannot take screenshot in SAP Work Manager 6.2.1 on Android 5.0.1

I use SAP Work Manager on Android 5.0.1.

When I try to take a screenshot (Power+Sound Down keys) it shows a message - cannot take screenshot.

It doesn't work only inside SAP Work Manager Application.

In any other applications it works.

I use Agentry Client

If the Agentry DB is encrypted then the client will prevent you from taking a screenshot or sharing the screen over a screencast type session. 

You can go to Application | Application Security | Client Database Encryption  and check the Allow screen sharing when database is encrypted option.  Publish and transmit.  That should enable the screen shots.  Alternatively if you unencrypt the database it should enable as well.

Hi Bill

"Allow screen sharing when database is encrypted" doesn't work.

But it started to work when I disabled - "Client DataBase will be encripted".
