Withholding tax for brazil .

Dear Sir/Madam, After implementing the OSS notes required for SEFAZ NT.2015.002 and NT.2015.003 we are facing issue with the withholding tax calculation. The errors we are getting with various condition types are as follows: Condition type Message Description WISC 11 Condition ignored (requirement 164 not fulfilled) IPW6 11 Condition ignored (requirement 164 not fulfilled) ICW6 11 Condition ignored (requirement 164 not fulfilled) ISW6 11 Condition ignored (requirement 164 not fulfilled) we believe that these issues are because of the withholding tax code in the customer master data for example , if there are multiple entries are maintained for Witholding tax code in the table T059P for one condition type as given below: Country Withholding tax type Conditon type BR CA ICW6 BR CB ICW6 system only picks up the first one in the sequence and ignores the rest of the entries . Because of that even if the tax code entry is maintained in the company code data of the customer system is not able to consider it during the pricing . We think that this is a bug , please suggest if there is an OSS note available for this . Kind regards, Naval

You have not indicated the notes you applied.  May be, you can have a look at the following OSS notes:-

• Note 2259931 - FAQ of EC87 and NT003 solutions
• Note 2263884 - Technical Note 2015/003 - ICMS Partilha - Corrections for Partilha mapping
• Note 2261984 - ICMS Partilha corrections for statistical taxes and ICMS exemption 

If you are sure, you have applied all the relevant notes but still you face issue, then I would recommend to raise a message with SAP
