PSA - destination storage bin determination

Hello,

I configured the staging to production from EWM to an IM storage location.

In my outbound delivery order in EWM I see my PSA.

I would like to derive my destination storage bin in my picking warehouse task by means of this PSA.

I maintained the following:

/N/SCWM/PSA

/N/SCWM/PSAMAP

/N/SCWM/PSASTAGE

I created a storage bin for each PSA.

This does not result in the correct determination of the PSA destination bin. No destination data is found.

When I configure transaction:

/N/SCWM/STADET_OUT

/N/SCWM/STADE_ASS

And I define: StgAreaGrp and StgArea, without staging bay, then this destination storage type and section is used in my picking warehouse task.

But I suppose this is not the correct way. I do have a lot of PSA's, so I do not want to maintain an entry here for each PSA.

Any advice is welcome.

We should not use

/N/SCWM/STADET_OUT

We should use /n/SCWM/PSASTAGE

Worked like a GEM!

So we can map IM PSA to EWM Staging bin to determine the staging bin in staging deliveries

Hi,

a screenshot in detail view would have been nicer, easy to read then.

But works ok.

I can see that you have set the "staging method" to "Single Order Staging". This is only relevant for the advanced production integration, but I am not sure what this flag does when you use the delivery based production integration. Have you tried with the flag set to "Not relevant for staging"?

Also the WTPs on this screen have no relevance with delivery based production supply.

Hi,

I have never set up this scenario myself, so I have never tested it. But the storage type created from the original BC set (which was 1005) has the role "K". Which I always thought as strange, but maybe this is how it works.

There is also this flag "Use Staging Area Determination for Outbound Delivery" in the PSA/produkt/bin assignement, but I have never work with that either. And I am not sure if it is really "better".
