Quality certificate for batch split in delivery

Hello,

My problem is when I have a batch split in my delivery, my certificate is only printed for the first.

In my example (see file 1 in attachement), I only have my quality certificate for the fist one but not for the second and I want the both.

I have to precise that myy certificate is automatically printed when I am doing the goods issue and I am using for my output type the standard printing programm RQCAAP00.

Do you think that I have to modify the standard printing programm to solve myy problem ?

Regards

Hi Florian,

Please can you confirm, if you already tried using the COA Output type against individual batch items 900001 and 900002. If so, does that work for you?

Below are some fantastic answers by seniors like Craig, Sujit, Gajesh, Isabelle, which should help you further understand the proposed solutions and impact against adopting it -

Hi Florian,

Please confirm if you are expecting something else here. If this works well, please confirm and close this thread!

Else, if you wish to go ahead with the proposals explained on the attached threads, you can work with your ABAP team colleague.

Thanks,

Arijit

Hello,

I was expecting to have a certificate automatically for the both ligne when I am doing the goods issues.

Before closing, can you confirm that I have to change the printing programm with my ABAP team colleague.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Florian,

May be the better option here would be to change the SAP Script to read all split batch items sequentially and then print a QC in 2 pages (or more pages based on batch records). I think this proposal from Craig is the best alternative here and less impact on standard setup.

If script changing is not really helping you, then you can modify the print program to handle your situation.

Till the time you get a full proof ABAP solution, you can advice business to keep on assigning outputs for every single batch's for split batch scenario.

Thanks,

Arijit
