CRM WEBUI change text in homepage "create service request" component

Hello Experts,

I am trying to insert a text in the block below.

But I can't find a simple way to do that. Configure page/ or configuration areas don't let met insert a text.

Do you know where this is done ? I have started looking in the transaction BPS_WD_CMPWB, but this seems too complicated for such a simple change...

Hello Roger,

Can you please try creating a role with authorization objects suggested in the below link.

If you are able to insert text then you will know missing authorization.

This is just a work around to rule out possibilities.
