File to File scenario(sender and Receiver not opening port 22 due to security reasons)

HI Experts,

  I have a scenario where sender is HCM(cloud) and receiver(cloud). I have done all the configuration. Finally cloud is not opening port 22 due to security reasons. Could any one please let me know alternative solution other than using port 22.

What is your cloud receiver?

Check if you can make soap calls to the receiver cloud?

Hi Raghuraman,

  Receiver is Cloudpay. I have tried with SOAP but i can not access certain data required for the XML structure.Is there any possibility using WEB dispature? i have tried with FTP passive mode in file adapter but still getting connection timeout error. Please let me know if any alternative solution for the same.

Hello Sai,

Then youur receiver should open the port 22 for your connection and in soap ur not able to access XML structure?Didnt get that point
