Print Preview & PDF Viewer (Personas R2)

I have a simple script that calls print preview in VA03.
The print preview automatically triggers the PDF viewer from Personas (this just happened - it was not something I consciously configured).
In our dev environment it looks fine.
When I transported to our UAT environment however the PDF preview has a large border around it which knocks it part off of the screen.
Has anybody else seen this effect - anyone with any ideas of what might be causing this?
Both environments looks the same (SRP & Kernal).
Any thoughts most welcome.
