Changing address of Ship to party at the time of creation of SO

Hi,

How can I achieve this? I want to change the ship to party address to something else as against maintained in customer partner functions only for a particular Sales Order.How can this be achieved at the time of creation of S.O ?

When you are creating or changing Sale Order VA01 or VA02, go to header /Partner Functions and click on the Ship to Party and the address can be changed for the Sales Order only without changing master data.

The system will make this address entry in Transaction tables, the same is possible for every item.

Sales Order Item can have the Ship To Party Address different for each item and can be changed only in the transaction.

We need to make sure, order output programs are reading the transacton partner table VBPA not the master data tables

Hi,

If go to header level,Partners tab page,Double click on on Ship to party and you can change the address.
