Mass delete of Documents SAP Solution Manager

Hello Experts

Need help on how to do mass delete of documents stored under one project in solman.

The report solman unused document does not help as this gets only the document unused and also it is not specific to the project

I would like to delete around 4000 documents from one project at once

Hi ,

DO you want to delete all the documents present in a Project or there are lot number of documents and you only want to delete specific 4000 documents present in the Project

If you want to delete only specific 4000 documents i believe we dont have any standard report

Hi ,

In that case one option could be to delete the entire project after selecting the flag for document deletion if you dont have anything else in that project

But if documents present in this project are being used somewhere else those will not be deleted .You have to use delete option after checking all cases
