There is no specific error. All SAP sessions gets closed and the logon pad is also closed.

Kindly advise if any one have faced this kind of error /inputs .

This issue coming randomly ,but not regularly .

Hello BASIS,

Isn't there any error on event viever of your system?

I advise you to upgrade your SAP GUI to the latest version. 7.40 SP 8.

If you donot want to change the version. Uninstall and reinstall the SAP GUI on your system. To the latest SP if possible.

There could be a problem with history file also. Try renaming that access file. SAP GUI will create new one.

Hi,

We had faced a similar issue for few users.

Our issue was due to corrupt DLL files when Microsoft office patch is installed.

These file are available under C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\OFFICE14

If this issue happens with any user, simply rename/delete the OFFICE14 folder like OFFICE14.old and then copy OFFICE14 folder from a working machine

Hope this helps.

Thanks
